David Peters
Chief Executive Officer
David took on the role of CEO in 2022 after serving as Chairman of the Board, giving him a unique perspective on the company’s potential. With a strong background in technology, analytics, and go-to-market strategy, David is now leading Taggle through a phase of controlled, profitable growth—building on its strong reputation and innovative digital water metering solutions.
Beyond his leadership and business expertise, David is deeply passionate about growing technology which has a positive impact on environmental sustainability. He believes that digital water metering plays a critical role in helping communities manage water more efficiently, reduce wastage, and secure a more sustainable future. Under his leadership, Taggle is not just delivering cutting-edge technology but also making a real impact in ensuring that water, one of our most valuable resources, is used wisely.
In his career, David has been a founder & entrepreneur, CEO & Board Leader, and has developed expertise in growing tech companies from start up to exit. He’s studied at UNSW, Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and is an alumni of the prestigious Owners and Presidents Program at Harvard. In his spare time, David loves mountain biking, surfing and spending time with his family.

Khoi Ninh
Professional Services Director
Khoi has been with Taggle since early 2023 and leads the Professional services function, which encompasses Customer Services, Project Management, and Supply Chain teams.
Khoi has over 14 years of experience in software development, client services and operations, software implementation, and project delivery.
His previous work experience spans across several industries, including insurance, telecom, IT services, and solution design. Previous to Taggle, Khoi led the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) ANZ & APAC Delivery Centre of Excellence and implemented various flagship products globally.

Ken Donohoe
Sales Director
Ken joined Taggle in December 2023. Ken brings with a wealth of knowledge in technology and is well connected in Local Government and Water Authorities across Australia and New Zealand.
He was most recently Chief Product Officer at Pulse Software and prior to this was General Manager for TechnologyOne’s Property and Rating system and was heavily involved in the development of the Water Billing Engine.
Ken has over 20 years experience with Local Government having worked in the industry (Canterbury City Council) and as a vendor to the industry. He understands the needs of Local Government and the impact it has on the community.
Ken is passionate about community and the environment, as such, he understands the impact Local Government and Water Utilities can have on both. He has focused his career on delivering outcomes to the industry that drive improved customer engagement, enhanced business processes and solution that drive changes in the community.

Cameron Churchus
Chief Product Officer
Cameron joined Taggle in October 2020. He is an industry and technology executive with over 25 years’ experience spanning senior roles at Optus, Hewlett-Packard, NEC, Hutchison (now Vodafone) and Keycorp, along with a range of early stage businesses.
He has held product leadership and operations, sales, strategic marketing and new business development responsibilities. His experience spans Asia, Australia and USA.
He has broad industry experience covering technology, software, IoT, telecommunications, data analytics, industrial products, health and fintech. He is experienced in As-a-Service operating models, from software solutions to business operating models along with pricing and commercial risk management.
Cameron has a MBA from Melbourne Business School, and a Bachelor of Business.

Richard Keaney
Engineering Director
Richard joined Taggle in 2009 as our first full time employee and he has led the Engineering team, developing the company’s core LPWAN radio technology.
Richard has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and telecommunications industries in a range of engineering design and management roles. As the first full-time employee of Radiata Communications, which sold to Cisco in 2000, he led the development of the company’s first Wi-Fi modem device. Before working at Radiata, Richard held various R&D roles at Sydney University, Macquarie University, Jtec Pty Ltd and AWA Microelectronics Pty Ltd.
Since leaving Cisco in 2005 Richard worked as an Engineering Manager for G2 Microsystems, a wireless start-up developing low power Wi-Fi solutions, and as a consultant for Sapphicon Semiconductor.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sydney University and an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Hugh Ealey
Chief Financial Officer
Hugh joined Taggle in 2017 as group CFO and Company Secretary and he has responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company.
He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in senior finance positions. Hugh trained at Price Waterhouse (PWC) and moved into commerce with the Hayden Group of Companies.
He has spent time in public companies working in the private hospital division of Mayne Nickless and was Director of Finance & Systems when The Leading Edge Market Research Consultants was acquired by ASX listed Photon Group (now Enero Group ASX: EGG).
Prior to joining Taggle he was CFO and Company Secretary at DATS Environmental Services and then Ocean Guardian Holdings Limited.

Monica Bakich
Human Resources Manager
Monica Bakich joined Taggle in July 2025 as Human Resources & Office Manager, with 20 years of progressive experience in human resources across a diverse range of industries including education, healthcare, medical devices and government. With a strong foundation in both strategic and operational HR, Monica plays a key role in supporting Taggle’s people, culture and continued growth.
Monica holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, as well as an MBA, and has led initiatives in organisational redesign, change management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and employee development. Her approach is centred on being a true partner to the business, aligning people and processes to create sustainable success.
Drawn to Taggle’s innovative technology and commitment to sustainability, Monica was excited by the opportunity to contribute at both a strategic and day-to-day level. She is passionate about building efficient, people-first environments and fostering a workplace culture that supports inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Monica is known among her peers as the “organiser,” she loves bringing order to chaos, something that translates seamlessly into her role at Taggle. Monica is admired for her strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to doing the right thing.

Siobhan Ford
Marketing and Communications Manager
Siobhan joined the Taggle team in 2017 and quickly developed a deep passion for sustainability and the importance of saving water. Since then, she has played a leading role in shaping how Taggle communicates its purpose and impact.
As Marketing and Communications Manager, Siobhan leads the development and delivery of Taggle’s communications strategy. Central to her role is connecting with customers and sharing their stories, case studies and experiences. Through these relationships, she brings to life the real-world benefits of Taggle’s technology, strengthening the link between innovation, sustainability and positive community outcomes.
Siobhan holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design and a Diploma of Digital Media. With a strong background in community building, storytelling and customer engagement, as well as experience in publishing and photography, she plays a key role in sharing Taggle’s mission with communities across Australia and beyond.
Outside of Taggle, she is the founder of The Jitterbug Club dance school, reflecting her passion for building vibrant, connected communities.

Bendri Uytenbogaardt
Technical IT Lead / Solutions Architect
Bendri joined Taggle’s Product Development team in 2022 as a Full Stack Software Developer and was soon promoted to Technical IT Lead / Solutions Architect. Prior to joining Taggle, he worked with organisations including TabCorp and Cranswick Computing, where he further developed his expertise across a broad range of technologies.
Bendri’s technical skillset spans Taggle’s full technology stack, supported by a strong foundation in mathematics and algorithms. He holds a Software Engineering qualification from Oxford University, combining analytical thinking with practical development experience to design and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
In addition to his core engineering expertise, Bendri has a strong passion for artificial intelligence and the future of AI in software development. He actively explores how AI can enhance productivity, improve solution design, and transform modern development practices. His forward-thinking approach, commitment to continuous learning, and focus on clean, efficient code make him a valuable contributor to Taggle’s ongoing innovation.
Outside of his professional work, Bendri has a strong passion for rugby, reflecting his appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and high performance both on and off the field.
