Goldenfields Water, the first water utility in NSW to employ Taggle’s LPWA network for automatic meter reading for its entire fleet of water meters, has launched MyH2O, a web-based portal for its customers.
Local newspaper, Southern Weekly reported: “A free, online and easy-to-use service, MyH2O allows Goldenfields Water customers to keep a close eye on their water use and bills via their computer, smart phone or other mobile device.”
Phil Rudd, Goldenfields Water’s General Manager, said “The availability of water can make or break rural and regional communities, which is why it’s important we put tools in our customers hands that help them manage their water use. MyH2O is linked to the smart meter technology we have installed as part of our customers’ water meters. This leading technology allows customers to see for themselves how much water is being used at their properties every hour.”
