USER GROUP CONFERENCE

1-2 MARCH 2023
BRISBANE

Leverage your Taggle network to
optimise your Water and Wastewater Operations

EVENT DETAILS

When: 1st – 2nd March 2023

Where: Brisbane – The Pavilion Alan Border Field
1 Greg Chappell St, Albion QLD 4010

Registration Cost: $180

The conference will include 2 full days of sessions and a dinner.

Join us in-person for two days of informative discussions, presentations, technical training, and networking opportunities with other Taggle customers.

The User Group Conference is one of our most valuable training opportunities, as a room full of like-minded individuals with similar challenges sharing knowledge will help you learn how to get the most out of your system.

We have sorely missed our in-person user group events which were put on hold due to COVID and budgeting restraints, but we look forward to hosting our largest event yet. This year we do require registrations with a minimal cost of $180 to assist in providing the best event possible. Should this cost be a blocker for your attendance please do get in touch and we will try to assist.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION GIVEAWAY – Free Cockatoo!

At the conference we had intended to give out free smart water packages to every council/utility in attendance to solve some of your water challenges;

  • Pressure sensing for reticulation network monitoring
  • Wastewater level sensing for pits or wet wells

While the conference has been postponed, we are still keen to offer this to those who register in advance to get the ball rolling.

The package includes;

  • A free Cockatoo
  • Either a pressure sensor or the dual float level sensors
  • 12 month trial of Aqualus Vision* for this device
  • 12 months of free data fees for this device
  • Basic introductory training

*Please Note – If your council/utility already has Cockatoos and an instance of Aqualus Vision you can still receive the free Cockatoo and sensor to experiment with, with no change to your Aqualus Vision fees. The council/utility will be responsible for installing the devices. Limit to 1 per council. No obligation to continue after the trial period.

Conference information – The conference is suited for anyone within your Council or Utility whose role involves working with Taggle technology or the data delivered by the system. This includes water management teams, operators, customer service, billing, infrastructure management and decision makers.

On top of smart water metering, there will also be discussions around other uses of Taggle technology including monitoring water pressure and level in water and wastewater applications.

Should you be willing to present your experience or be part of a panel please do get in touch. Sharing knowledge is what drives best practice and provides vision for the future. Any input and insights gained at the conference provided by customers will contribute towards Taggle’s future roadmap, and a view to changes that Taggle will be undertaking to better service our customers.
